Sports massage is a targeted form of therapy designed to support muscle recovery, reduce tension, and improve mobility. Unlike a spa massage, sports massage uses deeper techniques to treat specific problem areas — perfect for active individuals, gym-goers, or anyone dealing with muscle tightness, fatigue, or minor injuries.
Trigger Point Therapy focuses on releasing tight knots within muscle tissue — called "trigger points" — that can cause pain, stiffness, or restricted movement. By applying targeted pressure, this technique helps improve circulation, reduce pain, and restore proper muscle function.

I’m trained to Level 3 in Sports Massage Therapy, which goes beyond the general techniques taught in Level 2 Therapeutic Massage.
Here’s how Level 3 Sports Massage compares to standard Level 2 training:
Focuses on basic relaxation, light pressure, and overall wellness. Great for general stress relief and unwinding.
Includes advanced anatomy, injury prevention, deep tissue work, and Trigger Point Therapy — targeting and releasing muscle knots to restore movement and reduce discomfort.
This training allows me to assess posture and movement, identify imbalances, and tailor treatments to your unique needs — helping you recover faster and move more freely.
